ORDER
Use
the following form below to send your order to us. You may also
print and fax or mail it to the address below. Due to shipping
variables (zone, package weight, type of service), we will contact
you to confirm your order and provide options for insulation and
type of delivery service. Then you will be contacted with your
finalized order total.
In
addition to shipping, a $10.00 handling fee is added to all
orders to cover packaging costs.
After you receive the order confirmation, you may either pay with
a credit card through PayPal (payment button at bottom of page)
or send a cashier's check or money order through the mail. (Personal
checks will not be accepted.) NOTE: You do not need to have a PayPal
account to make payment. Click here to view directions on how to
use PayPal if you DON'T have a PayPal account. When payment is
received, we ship on the next Monday and Tuesday. We ship only
within the US.
**Please note, we cannot be responsible for shipping company delays
or errors. We package our products in insulated boxes to ensure
everything stays cold during the amount of time the shipping company
says it will take to be delivered.

the Qty you'd like and click the Total box in the corresponding
line to have the form calculate it for you. For a sub-total of
your complete order, just click in the Order Sub-Total
box at the
end of the Order Form. (Please note that weights for actual cuts
